Albini & Pitigliani SPA (Alpi) startades 1945 i Italien av familjerna Albini och Pitigliani. Företaget har funnits på den svenska marknaden sedan dess och i dagsläget innefattar Alpi World över 60 bolag i världen. Transbaltika/Alpi Sweden har huvudkontor i Borås och Alpi Air & Sea finns i Göteborg.
